Subscription Rates for Agencies, Libraries and non-members:

| Rest of World | $NZ 275 airmail |
Back issues for Agencies, Libraries and non-members:
| In New Zealand | $NZ 40 |
| Overseas | $NZ 50 airmail |
Subscription Period: 1 January – 31 December 2009
Frequency of Publication: Quarterly, published in March, June, September and December
Payment Method: Libraries Non Members and Agencies that already subscribe will be issued an Invoice in October (two months) before the next subscription is due. New subscriber’s subscriptions are to be paid on invoice. Payment must be made in New Zealand dollars. Credit card payments are accepted.
Claims: Claims honoured at end of month following publication date.
Internet Access: Subscribers have exclusive access to the content for 12 months following publication.
